Lauren and Zac wanted to do their engagement session in their hometown of St.Albert. The weather turned out to be perfect and we got to catch that golden glow as the sun went down.
These two just celebrated a ten year wedding anniversary and were gifted this session by Kealeys sister which was so darn sweet. They are still clearly loving life and each other. So many giggles and smiles from each other. Very glad I got to take photos of this milestone.
We met out at Calebs Aunts cabin for their engagement session and let me tell you it’s a like a fairy tale out there with all that snow. Mother nature decided to drop some big flakes before the session and we were so glad. Carmen and Caleb have off the charts chemistry and are so in sync, I just followed them around and had a smile plastered on my face the whole time. I feel very grateful that I got to shoot these two babes and that we get to do it again for their wedding.
Ever since Miss Mae was born we talked about doing a sink bath session with fruit and I’m so glad we found the time to do it. She is seriously the cutest kid in all the land. She had so much fun splashing around in there.
My heart is in these photos. I feel very lucky to be able to capture my kids as they are growing, they may disagree at times, ha. Sometimes I have to bribe them to let me follow along and other times they let me do my thing.
Ryan and Jacuqi wanted to meet at his family farm and I’m so glad that we did. It was magical out there with the setting sun. We had such nice winter weather. These two are so playful and damn cute and I adore them.
Sweet little Scarlet can we start with how beautiful her name is. It’s not a name you hear often which is hard come by now a days. Her big gorgeous eyes like her Mama suck you in right away, she’s such a doll. I’ve known this family for a few years now. Starting with some family photos onto engagement and wedding photos. I’m so happy for them with their new addition of little Scarlet.
Nan and Jason first laid eyes on each other at the university, so it was an easy decision to chose it as their engagement session location. We had fun walking around campus and even made a stop at their favorite bubble tea shop. I can’t wait for this summer to shoot their wedding.
Oh my lawrd look at these brothers and my nephews. All the heart eyes for these two boys.
I love getting to do newborn session at clients homes. I always find it so quiet and peaceful with the first baby (second is a different story, ha). There is such a calm feeling in the air as parents love on their baby. I was so happy to shoot this little mans session and he was a trooper and slept thru much of it. Check out the mountains on the nursery wall which Grandma and Mama painted, such talent.
Oh man it was another freezing day when we did Erica and Adams engagement session. Every time we head out this year it seems to be so cold. These two kept each other warm though.
I was so happy to meet Alec it was last New Years that his parents got hitched and they didn’t waste any time starting a sweet family. This little guy has the brightest baby blues.
Oh man this little guys baby blues and facial expressions have my ovaries exploding, ha.
A dreamy winter maternity session. Alisha is glowing and I love the dress she decided to wear to show off her bump.
Bunch a trooper these guys are. Why you ask? It was so freaken cold, like seriously chilly. We had to warm up inside in the middle of the session. I love that the Hebner family was all smiles the whole time minus little miss, ha. Which was fine cause her pouty face is pretty darn cute.
Loved getting to do a short winter session for my neighbors.
These two babes are getting hitched this summer and I can’t wait. I immediately clicked with Dana and Kenya when I met them at a tea shop. We were both very bummed to learn I was booked already when they had decided on a date but as lady luck intervened we were able to pick a new date. High fives all around!! We headed to the University where they first met for their engagement session.
I haven’t seen these cuties in a little while. They braved the wind and kept warm snuggling.
I adore this little guy. Any guesses on his name at all…..??? Well ok I’ll tell you, ha. It’s Aniston, isn’t that the most beautiful name you’ve heard. I might have to have another child just to use it ( just joking, factory is closed).
We didn’t stay outside too long since it was oh so cold. Damn your cold this winter Edmonton! But on the plus we found a pub to warm up in and have some bevies. Amber and Jaime are getting hitched in a much warmer tropical paradise and I’m a little jealous, ha.
